Shipping & Delivery

Tracking
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed once your order is processed and shipped. Tracking numbers will not be available by phone and may only be requested via email. To request your tracking Click Here and select  "tracking number" from the drop-down box, also please be sure to include your name or order number.

Processing Time
We strive to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of payment; Monday through Friday excluding observed holidays and weekends. ScooterDomain.com / World Ventures Corp. cannot be held liable for delayed shipments caused by an act of god, such as bad weather or any other event that we cannot control. If under some unusual circumstance your order takes longer than 48 hours to leave our warehouse we apologize.

For orders using Expedited shipping:
Orders with Expedited shipping are processed same day if ordered before 2 PM EDT. Orders placed after 2 PM EDT, or anytime on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will not ship until the next business day.
Expedited shipping is only available in the US and may not be available in all areas. To track orders using Expedited shipping, please check the UPS or USPS tracking page.


Free Shipping 
Free shipping applies to orders over $99 and refers to standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Oversize packages (heavyweight) may be subject to additional shipping fees, if this occurs you will be notified of the balance due as soon as possible. Items that are considered to be oversized/heavy weight include Tires, Body Kits, and Batteries, but are not limited to these products.

PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's 
UPS shipping is not available to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's. Please select USPS when shipping to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's to avoid any delay in your shipment.

USPS 
USPS Priority Mail can take up to 7 business days to be delivered. The transit times of 1, 2 or 3 days as stated by the post office depends on your local post office and is not guaranteed. USPS First Class Mail can take 7-10 business days depending on your local post office. Since USPS cannot be tracked in real time sometimes tracking numbers will not be updated until the package reaches a major hub. USPS has been known to reuse their tracking numbers at times, so if the order is tracking incorrectly try re-tracking it at a later time.

Priority Mail remains a non-guaranteed service. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date. UPS 
UPS Ground shipping is estimated to take between 2-7 business days depending on the destination (see UPS transit time chart below). Transit time does not include the 1-2 days for order processing. When selecting UPS Overnight, 2nd Day or Express Saver/3 day, UPS does not include the day the order is picked up in the transit time estimate. If you select an express shipping option we will make every effort to expedite your order quicker, but we cannot guarantee that it will be processed before the above-mentioned 1-2 business days

Incorrect Address or Typo's

ScooterDomain.com / World Ventures Corp. will not be responsible for paying reshipping fees for errors that are no fault of our own. The customer is responsible for assuring that the shipping address on the order is correct. Any orders returned due to an address error such as an undeliverable address will be the responsibility of the customer to pay any reshipping fees.

Shipping Delays / Out of Stock Items
Shipping delays may be caused by natural disasters or errors made by a shipping company. A freight carrier may delay a shipment for reasons uncontrollable by us, therefore in the event of such a delay, we cannot be held responsible. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please ensure that your shipping information is correct. In the event, a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer the customer will be accountable for shipping costs. If an item is back ordered the order will be held in "Back Order" status and will be shipped immediately upon arrival. Back Orders are generally filled within 2-5 business days. If a back order is going to take longer to restock you will be notified via the email you provide. If no email was provided we will attempt to reach you by phone with the phone number on your account.

Missing Item
If there is an item missing from your order we must be notified via email within 3 days of receipt of the order. No exceptions so please check your order as soon as it is delivered.

Damaged Item
If your item(s) arrives damaged you must keep the box in original condition and contact us via email or phone within 3 business days. The shipping company may want to inspect the package to confirm the damages. Please keep the original box and all packing materials so that we can file an insurance claim with the shipper. We will send out the replacement item(s) within 1-2 business days after receiving your notification.

International Shipping
International orders may require further verification which may cause order processing delays. For faster processing select PayPal as the payment method and ship to an address that is Confirmed with PayPal. To avoid shipping delays or for questions please contact us. Also note that Free Shipping is only for orders in the 48 contiguous United States. International shipments may be charged additional fees by certain carriers, the customer is responsible for any tariffs, taxes, etc. imposed by their country. Some International orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail may not be traceable but delivery is usually within 7-10 business days. International First Class Mail orders are not traceable and can sometimes take over 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returning an item(s)

Returning an item(s), all returns must be in original unused condition. To return an item you must request an (RMA) return authorization number within 30 Days of receiving of the item(s). Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Returns must be received within 15 days from the date the item was received by the customer. Some items may not be returned (see list below). Orders that were shipped free will be assessed the original shipping cost to you, which will be deducted from your credit. We strongly advise that you use insurance with your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. To request an RMA number please fill out the Return Authorization Form. No returns or exchanges on Used items, Electrical items, Haynes Repair Manuals, Fueled items.

Cancellations
If an item has not been shipped you can cancel, but we cannot guarantee that we can stop the process and retrieve the order before it's shipped. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded for the canceled orders.  Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned. Once an order is shipped an RMA return authorization must be requested to return the order.  Shipping charges are nonrefundable on an order that has been shipped. ScooterDomain.com reserves the right to cancel an order without notice.

Refunds
Refund processing may take up to 10 business days from the day the return was received. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. You can return the item(s) and the credit will be issued to your original form of payment. The fastest and easiest way to get the correct product is to place a new order.

International Customers Returns Policy
All international sales are final.
