Shipping & Delivery
Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. Tracking numbers are not available by phone and can only be requested through our Contact Form. Please include your full name or order number when requesting tracking information.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). While we make every effort to ship quickly, delays caused by extreme weather, shipping carriers, or other events beyond our control may occur. If your order takes longer than expected to ship, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $199 within the 48 contiguous United States. Oversized or heavyweight items—including but not limited to tires, body kits, and batteries—may require an additional shipping fee. If extra charges apply, we will notify you before your order ships.
Please note: Free shipping is not available for local pocket bike, scooter, or ATV unit sales.
PO Boxes, APO & FPO
UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. To prevent delivery delays, please select USPS if your order is being shipped to one of these address types.
USPS Shipping
USPS Priority Mail generally delivers within 2–7 business days, though this is not guaranteed and varies by location. USPS First Class Mail may take 7–10 business days. Please note that USPS tracking may not update in real time or may appear incorrect initially due to reused tracking numbers. We recommend rechecking your tracking number after a few hours if it appears invalid.

UPS Shipping
UPS Ground shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Express options (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day) do not count the pickup day in the transit estimate. Although we prioritize express shipments, standard processing of 1–2 business days still applies.
Please consider both processing and transit times when estimating delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. PocketBikeParts.com is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to address errors. If a package is returned, reshipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Delays & Backorders
Carrier delays and natural disasters are outside our control. If your item is on backorder, your order will be held until it is restocked—typically within 2–5 business days. We will contact you
